We were a party of four from UK wishing to hire a 4×4 Toyota Hilux. We shopped around a bit, and this company was the only one of a few surveyed that gave fully comprehensive insurance, which I felt was very important, given the state of many of the roads.

Customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the car, although several years old with lots of Kms, performed impressively. I would recommend the company without hesitation and thank them for a very positive experience.

We hired 2 vehicles in July 2022 from Zimbabwe Car Hire, Bulawayo. The staff were friendly, approachable and bent over backwards to arrange just the right vehicles that we needed for our trip. They made follow up contact checking all was well and kindly making a plan to get us to the airport for our departure. The vehicles were spotlessly clean, reliable and comfortable.

Courteous, helpful and trustworthy. We had a toddler with us and felt very safe using their cars.

No doubt I will come back the next time I need to rent a car.
